Programme: Youth Summer Camp in Hubei (2023/24)

I would like to thank the university for organizing this far-reaching summer camp, which gave us the opportunity to come to the beautiful city of Wuhan, Hubei Province, and enter Huazhong University of Science and Technology to experience the academic atmosphere and cultural heritage of this famous institution.

In this summer camp, we had the opportunity to listen to two lectures on artificial intelligence and green finance. The forward-looking lectures not only broadened my knowledge but also stimulated my keen interest in this field and made me realize the infinite possibilities of the future.

In addition to a wealth of academic lectures, the summer camp also arranged an unforgettable trip to Wudang Mountain. We climbed the Golden Top on foot and visited the Zixiao Gong, Taizi Slope,  and Wudang Museum. In the in-depth communication with Taoist masters, we learnt about Wudang martial arts and Taihe Qi, and experienced the philosophical essence of "Tao Fa nature". This was not only a physical exercise, but also a spiritual purification, and I had a deeper understanding of and respect for the traditional Chinese culture.

During this journey, I also made many like-minded friends. We helped each other in the process of climbing the mountain, overcame difficulties together, and enhanced the spirit of teamwork and friendship. Each arduous journey has become a precious memory between us.

Through this summer camp, I not only improved my academic knowledge and broadened my horizon, but also greatly exercised and grew in mind and body. I hope we can continue to keep in touch, make progress and grow together in the coming days.
