Programme: Leadership Camp in Shanghai & Hong Kong (2023/24)
Partner Institution: Fudan University
Period: July 9 - 19, 2024
My journey with the China Vision program in Shanghai has been nothing short of transformative. The program’s ethos, which emphasizes the seamless integration of traditional Chinese culture with the dynamism of modern innovation, is vividly brought to life in Shanghai’s landscape. The city, a testament to China’s historical depth and its futuristic ambitions, provided an ideal setting for the exploration of China.
The Shanghai-Hong Kong Leadership Camp was particularly impressive, not just for its comprehensive curriculum but for its profound impact on my personal development. It honed my abilities in strategic thinking, decision-making, and team-building. These skills were contextualized within the grander scheme of China’s evolving role in global leadership, offering insights into the responsibilities and opportunities that come with it.

One of the most enriching aspects of the program was the opportunity to meet new friends from different Universities in Shanghai. These interactions were more than mere acquaintances; they were gateways to diverse perspectives and potential collaborations. The connections made here are invaluable, extending beyond the program and into future endeavors.
I would like to express my deepest appreciation to the China Vision Team for orchestrating such a comprehensive and insightful program. The experiences I’ve gained are indelible, and I am keen to share my suggestions to further refine this initiative. My commitment to the program’s goals remains unwavering, and I am excited about the prospect of continued participation in different programs.
