Participating in the Shenzhen Internship Program and interning at China International Futures Co., Ltd. was an incredibly rewarding experience. From front-office trading to back-office support, I developed a brand-new perspective. I also studied fundamental analysis, market analysis, and technical analysis, and wrote a research report on lithium carbonate futures. This process not only enhanced my professional skills but also cultivated my logical thinking and data processing abilities. Additionally, I participated in the finance department's work, assisting in organizing financial statements, which gave me a deeper appreciation for the importance of financial management.

In terms of cultural experience, I was deeply impressed by Shenzhen's workplace culture. The company maintained a harmonious internal atmosphere, with colleagues supporting one another while maintaining high work efficiency. Punctual work hours and even a lights-off lunch break showcased the caring aspects of Shenzhen's workplace culture. On weekends, we took the opportunity to explore various parts of Shenzhen, discovering a vibrant city that is refreshing in both technological innovation and urban culture.

This internship provided me with professional knowledge and practical experience while also deepening my understanding of Shenzhen's workplace culture and urban charm. It not only helped me solidify my future career direction but also filled me with confidence in the development of the Greater Bay Area. I am deeply grateful for this valuable opportunity and look forward to similar platforms for learning and growth in the future.
